Joseph Charles Harmon age
78, of Oakland City passed away Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014 at the Transcendent
Healthcare Facility of Owensville.
He was born on October,
4, 1936 in Evansville to Joseph and Mildred (Heck) Harmon, both of which
precede.
He was a Pipe
fitter through the Local #136. He has been a lifelong area resident that
loved to hunt and fish and family get togethers. He
loved to tinker on any kind of project, and was quick with a joke and loved to
tell stories.
He is survived by
his daughters; Delanae (Brad) Donohoo
and Christy Casteel both of Princeton. Also surviving is a brother, Steven
(Wanda) Harmon of Waverly, Tennessee and sisters; Barbara (Richard) Cotton of
Indianapolis, Sandra (Dan) Jones of Newburgh, Karen Barnett of Evansville, and
Rebecca (Larry) Fulkerson of Dixon, Kentucky, seven grandchildren and five
great grandchildren.
Private family
graveside services were held at Selvin Cemetery located in Selvin.
