Patrick Hoyt Ice, 28, lifetime
resident of Hazleton (Giro) area passed away on
Sunday, November 9, 2014 from a massive stroke at St. Mary’s Medical Center
in Evansville.
He was born on November 7, 1986
in Indianapolis, IN to Ronald and Scarlet (Melton) Ice.
He loved to cook and travel and
was very artistic. He loved decorating and fashion. Christmas was his
favorite holiday and he loved the decorations. He loved his family and his
cat, Lady Bird. He is now at home with his sister, Emily and his Granny
Stella.
He is survived by his husband, Kyle Ice, whom he married on April 11, 2014;
parents, Ronnie and Scarlet Ice; sisters, Laura Ice and Maegan (Bryan)
Edwards; niece and nephew, Kierstyn and Jaydon
Edwards; grandfather, James Ice; mother-in-law, Cheryl Anthis;
father-in-law, Ronnie Anthis; brothers-in-law,
Ryan (Dena) McCullough and Jason (Leah) Anthis;
and sister-in-law, Amanda Lade.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Emily Brooke Griswold; infant
brother, Charles Edward Ice in 1977; grandparents, Stella Ice in 2010 and
Robert & Geneieve Melton.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at
Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Pastor Gary Arnold. Burial
will be at the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Mt. Olympus, IN.
Visitation will be from 3 until
9 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home
