Ron W. Hedge, 70, of Princeton passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.

He was born on February 19, 1944 in Gibson County to Emery E. and Lillie Mae (Hale) Hedge.

He was a truck driver for 33 years and retired from Midwest Transport in 2005. He attended the First Baptist Church of Princeton. 

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Kathy Hedge of Princeton; 3 children and their spouses, April (Greg) Wick of Indianapolis, IN, Timothy (Keri) Hedge of Hazleton and Shelly (Mark) Cummins of Princeton; 11 grandchildren, Misty Wick, Brian (Andrea) Hedge, Emily (Phil) Rexing, Sara and Jessica Hedge, Kyle, Hannah, Jacob and Maddie Cummins, Aaron and Alexis LaMar.; 1 great granddaughter, Cora Rose Rexing; 2 brothers, Joe (Bev) Hedge and Larry Hedge both of Patoka; 2 sisters, Mary Jane (Ken) Hiday of Indianapolis, IN and Judie (Monty) Reynolds of Medora, IN; sister-in-law, Janet Hedge of Washington, IN; several nieces and nephews; and an uncle. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Johnathan Cummins in 2003; brother, Terry Hedge; sister, Barbara Hedge; and a sister-in-law, Phyllis Hedge. 

Funeral Services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Pastor George Prinzing. Burial will be at the Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
