Janet Beadles, 77, of Hazleton, passed away Monday,
September 22, 2014 at her home.
She was born February 2, 1937 in Hazleton to the
late John L. and Jean (Arthur) Hudelson.
She retired in 1992 after 32 years of service with
the former Potter & Brumfield Mfg. Co. in Princeton. She was a member of
the Hazleton United Methodist Church, Red Hat Society and Patoka Order of
Eastern Star Chapter 281. Janet loved to travel and going to McDonald’s with
her lady friends. She always followed her family that was involved in sporting
events. Most especially she loved spending time with family, including her
grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Janet is survived by her husband of 59 years, Dale Beadles of Hazleton; a son,
Jed (Teresa) Beadles of Oakland City; a daughter, Becky Beadles of Hazleton; 3
grandchildren, Amanda (Chris) Gentry of Princeton, Amber (Matthew) Barker of
Vincennes and Adam (Hannah) Peil of Hazleton; 9 great
grandchildren, Jaelyn, Lexie and Kendall White, Hunter and Katie Gentry,
Brooklyn, Chase, Cole and Olivia Peil; 1 niece and 1
nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 infant children, Kelly Dale and
Sara Jane Beadles; 2 great grandchildren, Aiden and Addison Peil;
and a brother, Jack Hudelson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 25, 2014 at the
Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Mike Tarner
officiating. Burial will follow at Hazleton Community Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon until the service hour
on Thursday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
