Marjorie R. Robling, 83 of
Princeton, passed away Sunday, Aug. 10, 2014 at River Oaks Health Campus in
Princeton.
She was born July 29, 1931 in Pike County to Fred
and Mary Ethel (Ross) Robling, who preceded her in
death.
She was a member of Hillside United Methodist Church
in Princeton. In past years, she was a very active bowler on many leagues. She
was retired as a teller from the former Gibson County Bank and later Old
National Bank in Princeton, where she had worked from 1951 until 1995. She was
a very popular bank teller with many customers for years.
Marjorie is survived by a brother and sister-in-law,
Wayne and Josephine Robling of Mt. Olympus; a niece
and nephew; four great-nephews and many close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a
brother, William Paul Robling in 1994.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday,
Aug. 13, 2014 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Rev. Kaitlyn Moore
officiating. Burial will follow at Union Community Cemetery near Union,
Indiana.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service
hour on Wednesday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
