Barbara E. Jones, 76, of Princeton and formerly of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at her daughter’s home in Princeton.

She was born August 14, 1938 in Richmond, IN.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. She was also a member of the Princeton Women’s Bowling Assoc., Beta Sigma Phi and the Red Hat Ladies Club. 

She is survived by her children, Lorri (Larry) Rembe of Princeton, Teresa (Dave) Bennett of Jacksonville, Fl. And Steven Clark of Princeton; 7 grandchildren, Greg (Julia) Elliott, Jamie Powers, Janna (Dustin) Hudson, Melissa Miller, Ryan Lindauer, Christopher Clark and Casey Clark; 19 great grandchildren; 5 brothers, Carl E (Lana) Danner, William Danner, Jerry (Pat) Earlywine, John Earlywine and David (Darlene) Earlywine; several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Bertha Danner, Mary McMinn and Cassius Danner; husband, Kenneth “Jake” Jones; grandson, Michael Todd Rembe; great grandson, Jacob Powers; brother, Mike Earlywine; and a sister, Mildred Bright. 

Funeral Services will be held at 4 PM on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Rev. David Bright officiating. Visitation will be from 1 until 4 PM on Thursday at the Colvin Funeral Home. Interment will be in Chapel Hills Memory Garden in Jacksonville, Florida.
