Dee Ann “Drew” Hoffman, 55, of Oakland City, passed away Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

She was born Aug. 13, 1959 in Evansville to Clarence and Joyce (Hughes) Drew.

Dee Ann was preceded in death by her parents and a niece.

She is survived by a brother, Donnie Drew of Oakland City; a nephew; a niece; a great niece; and a great nephew

Services will be Thursday Aug. 28, 2014 10 a.m. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Walnut Hills Cemetery Petersburg. Rev.  Pat McCandless will be officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until services Thursday.
