Jesse Ray Cook, 78, of Francisco passed away Tuesday July 22, 2014 at his home.

He was born Aug. 22, 1935 in Otway, Ohio to Corean Louise Cook. Jesse worked at Accuride in Henderson, Kentucky for 14 years.

Surviving wife of 50 years Sharon (Powell) Cook; son, Jeff Cook of Oakland City; daughter; Lisa Hochwalt of Tipp City, Ohio.

Lamb-Basham Memorial is assisting family with services.
