Larry D. Hill 67 of Oakland City, entered into rest on Monday June 30, 2014  at Memorial Hospital and Health Care in Jasper, IN

He was born on Jan 20, 1947 in Oakland City to John & Alean (Burns) Hill Rutledge.

Larry had worked at Solar Sources for 35 years. Life time member of V.F.W. and was a member of the Oakland City American Legion Post # 256 also Oakland City Eagles Lodge. He served in Air Force during Vietnam War.

Survivors are his wife former Dixie Byrd Hill of Oakland City, IN; daughter, Mary Jo (Frank) Knight of Princeton, IN; sons, Ricky (Eugena) McRoberts of Hilo, Hawaii, Bubba (Beth) McRoberts, Steve (Darlene) McRoberts, David (Amanda Hagen) ,Hill  and Travis (Gabby) Parker all of Oakland City, IN; sisters, Elnora Teeters and Patricia Bishop both of Princeton, IN, Pam Helsley of Petersburg, IN; brother, Robert Hill of Princeton, IN, (22) Grandchildren, (23) Great Grandchildren

Services will be Monday July 7, 2014 1:00 P.M. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Providence Cemetery. Bro: Lloyd Jones will be officiating,

Visitation will be from 4:00- 7:00 P.M Sunday and from 8:00 AM until services Monday at chapel.
