Owensville, IN Carole N. (Anderson) Willis, 81, passed away Friday, May 30, 2014 at Good Samaritan Home and Rehabilitation Center in Oakland City.

She was born in Owensville on March 6, 1933 the daughter of Paul Edgar and Frances Marie (Conrad) Anderson.

Carole retired as office manager from Tri-State Ear Nose &Throat Surgeons, Inc. after many years of services. Following her retirement she volunteered at St. Mary's Medical Center. She enjoyed spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren. She was an avid fisher and would cast her line wherever anyone else was catching.

Survivors include her children, Connie Campbell, Vicki (Randy) Boyd and Dean (Lynda) Deal; 6 grandchildren, Travas (Sandra), Ryan (Sarah) Deal, Alison (Kevin) Coning, Matt (Lauren) Boyd, Dawn (Chuck) Brooks, Amy Horrell; 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Jenny Beloat; brother, Ronnie Anderson; cousin, Janice Weightman; several nieces and nephews.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, James A. Willis on June 4, 2008.

Service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., June 3, 2014 at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville with Bob Douglas officiating. Burial will be in the Owensville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
