Frances L. Webb, 86, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton.

She was born Aug. 10, 1927 in Gibson County the daughter of George and Macel Pearl (Julian) Martin.

Frances graduated from Cynthiana High School in the class of 1944. Retired from Superior Ag formerly Gibson County Co-op after 50-plus years of service. She was a member of the Owensville United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Miley; grandchildren, Syanda Miley (Erich Feist) Amanda (Justin) Blanton, Troy (Amy) Miley, Jamie Rothrock; four great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-laws, Gertie Martin, Murlea (Roy) Maier; brother-in-law, John (Jean) Webb; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Maurice Webb; grandson, Shane Miley; brother, Robert Martin.

 Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville with Rev. Rex Charles officiating. Burial will be in the Owensville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, May 2, at the funeral home.
