EWING, Va.—Jack Vickers, formerly of Francisco, passed away April 27. He was living in Ewing, Virgina.

He was born Feb. 22, 1935 to Joseph and Mary Jane Vickers. 

He is survived by his son Rodney (Jane) Vickers of Princeton, daughter Marty (Joe) Ireland of Francisco; sister Wanda Holder of Grafton, Wisconsin; brother Larry (Evelyn) Vickers of Mount Carmel, Illinois; several nieces and nephews and six grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Lou; his parents and brothers Bill, John and Lewis Vickers; sisters, Katie Willis and Joan Graves; a granddaughter and grandson. 

Per Jack’s wishes, he is being cremated. 

There will be a private burial at a later date.
