Margot Ellen “McDowell” Southall 84 of Francisco passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014 at Baptist Health Louisville in Louisville Ky.

She was born on March 20, 1930 in Francisco to George Elmer & Mary (Gudel) McDowell.

Margot was preceded in death by her husband Robert Edward Shouthall.

She is survived by a daughter, Jeanne Southall of Denton, N.C.; son, Dr. Robert Southall Jr. of Versailles, Ky.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services are at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Forsythe Cemetery.

Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
