Violet E. Genung, 88, of Fort Branch, passed away of April 21, 2014 at her home. She was born to Stencil and Bessie Williams in Princeton, on July 18, 1925.

Violet was the owner and caretaker of Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch. She was a member of the Fort Branch United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Gary in 1990 and her parents.

She is survived by her two sons William Genung of Fort Branch, and Donald Genung of Fort Branch, and two sisters Beulah Wallace of Princeton and Eleanor Wolfe of Hazelton.

Visitation will be Saturday April 26, 2014 from 11 a.m. -2 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Walnut Hill Cemetery following the visitation at 2 p.m.
