Dayna Shalyn Rainbolt, 16 of Mt.
Olympus, passed away on Friday Oct. 25 2013 at Gibson General Hospital.
She was born
Oct. 24, 1997 in Evansville to Daniel and Davarna (Schuessler) Rainbolt and had
lived in Mt. Olympus all of her life.
She was a
sophomore at Princeton Community High School, where she was a member of the
golf team and loved her yearbook class. She was an active member of Hillside
United Methodist Church and especially enjoyed working with the younger
children there. She always thought of others first and was kind to all she met.
She brought
much love and joy to her parents, Daniel and Davarna Rainbolt; grandparents, Linda Duncan, of Oakland City and
Ed and Kay Schuessler of Winslow; aunts and uncles,
Jennifer (Jim) Harris of Princeton; Patricia Blann of
Princeton; Susan (Randy) Charters of Morgan, TX; Vaughn Schuessler
of Princeton; Scott (Trisha) Mason, Folsomville, IN;
Stephanie (Mark) Painter, Fortville, IN; Brian (Candi)
Schuessler of Winslow; and many cousins.
She was
preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Barbara Rainbolt;
uncle, Steven Blann; and aunt, Melissa Mason.
Funeral
services will be 10 AM on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Hillside United
Methodist Church in Princeton with Rev. Chris Neikirk
officiating. Burial will be in the Columbia “White” Church Cemetery.
Visitation
will be from 3 until 8 PM on Wednesday at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton and
from 9 AM until service time on Thursday at the church.
