Tommie L. Smith, 90 of Princeton, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.

She was born March 8, 1923, in Indianapolis to Phillip C. Smith and Elina (Yancey) Smith, both preceded her in death.  

She was retired from the GCARC group home in Princeton.

She is survived by two brothers, Francis P. (Bettye) Smith Sr. of Jackson, Miss., and Seth E. Smith of Louisville, Ky.; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with her brother Bishop Francis P. Smith Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service time on Saturday.
