Rodger D. Catt, 59 of Princeton passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013 at his home.
He was born July 4, 1954 in Vincennes.
He worked in electrical maintenance at Five Star Coal Mine and was a veteran
serving in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam Era. He had lived in
Princeton for over 30 years moving here from Dugger.
He loved his family, loved to ride his Harley and was a member of Abate Region
13.
He is survived by his wife Jamie; mother; Mary Etta Everett of Dugger; three daughters, Chasity Catt of Princeton, Crystal
Catt of Elizabethton, Tenn., and Jennifer Catt of Ljublizona,
Slovenia; a sister, Barbara Cunningham of Huntingburg; four brothers, Marion
Everett “Junior” of Switz City, Harold Lee Everett of
Francisco, Bill Everett of Dugger, and Mark Everett
of Carlisle; two grandchildren Keaton Kidd and Bailey Watkins; and aunts and
uncles including a loving aunt, Minnie Krieg.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Marion Everett Sr.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev. Larry Meadows officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch.
Visitation will be from noon until service time on Tuesday at the Colvin
Funeral Home
