Mary Louise (Lou) Butler
Reed, 93, of Fort Branch passed away June 20, 2013 at the Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville.
She was born Aug. 18, 1919 in New
Harmony to Floyd and Mary
(Smith) Butler.
She was a member of the Princeton First Baptist Church.
Besides her parents Mary Lou
was also preceded in death by her husband Norman E. Reed in 2006, an infant
sister, Dorothy Butler, and a brothers Gene Butler and
Russell Butler.
She is survived by a daughter
Irma (Mike ) Garrett of Evansville and Sherri Warren
of Hazelton, who was like a daughter to her, two sisters Evelyn (Elmer) Bohnsack of Evansville, and Marcella Fegan
of Evansville. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Andrea
(Kenny) Carano, Dano
(Larry) Pleiss, and Lee Anne (Brian) Gatewood, four great grandchildren, Sabrina Carano, Mallory (Mat) Murphy, Alecia,
Pleiss and Audrey Pleiss.
Services for Mary Lou will be
on Saturday,
June 22, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Stodghill Funeral
Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN, with burial in Clark Cemetery in Owensville. Pastor George Prinzing
will be officiating.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 21,
2013 from 4
until 8
p.m. at the funeral home and
again from 9
a.m. until service time at
the funeral home on Saturday.
