James Richard Summers, 66, formerly of Princeton passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 at Transcendent Healthcare in Owensville.

He was born on December 13, 1946 in Princeton to Gayle and Rosanna (Humphrey) Summers. 

He is survived by his mother, Rosanna Summers of Princeton; sister, Gail Whitler of Princeton; and a brother, John Summers of Princeton.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gayle Summers. 

Graveside Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Patoka, officiated by Pastor Skip Farmer. Burial will follow. 

There will be no visitation, family and friends will meet at the cemetery.  Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton is in charge of arrangements.
