Janice Hobson Sutton, 87, of Port Orange, Fla. formerly of Princeton, passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at Harbor Oaks Assisted Living.

 

She was the daughter of Alonzo and Mary Hobson.

 

She and her husband moved from Princeton to Florida many years ago. They owned and operated S&J Gun Shop. She had retired from banking after many years of service.

 

She is survived by her step-son Robert (Bob) Sutton, sisters Evelyn (Roy) Owens of Princeton, Doris (Milton) Douglass, of Fort Myers, Fla. and many nieces and nephews. Also surviving is her special friend and caregiver, Margret Clark of Port Orange.

 

Preceding her in death are her husband, Seymour, and her mother and father.

 

Janice was a member of regular attendant of Cross Walk Church, Daytona, Fla. where she served as greeter for many years.

 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 16 at Cross Walk Church in Daytona with her Pastor, Mitch Pridgen, officiating.
