William C. Fisher, 92, of Princeton, passed away Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at River Oaks in Princeton.
He retired in 1986 from Coca
Cola Bottling. He was President of the Downtown Kiwanis, Exalted Ruler of the
Elks, served on boards at the Protestant Home, Goodwill, Boy Scouts, Fee
Campaign at University of Evansville, and East Side Christian Church. He was also involved with the UE
Varsity Club, Huddle Back Club, and a member of the Eagles. William loved his
wife, traveling, and golf.
William was preceded in death
by his wife, Eleanor Fisher in 2009 and his son-in-law, Dale Mason in 2011.
He is survived by his
daughter, Susan Mason; son, John Fisher (Sally) of Lake Oswego, OR; grandchildren, Will and Kate Mason, James Fisher,
and Josh Sparks.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Dr. Eugene Gladney with burial at Sunset Memorial Park with Military Rites conducted.
Friends may visit from 9 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
