Nancy Ann Massey Creek, 76, of Clarksville, Tenn., went to be with her Father in Heaven on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.

She was born on March 13, 1936 in Owensville to the late Paul Warren Massey and Helen Highsmith Massey.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Brother Jerry Harwell officiating. Private graveside will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, Ky.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb.6, 2013 from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
