Ambrose Eric Thompson, 21, of Newburgh, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at his home.

 

He was born May 24, 1991, in Owensboro, Ky.

 

Ambrose loved his family and O.P.C. His greatest love was his little love, Aubree. He loved fast motorcycles, football and track. He graduated from Castle High School in 2009 and was employed at Vuteq.

 

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Sue Cline and Brenda Faye Burroughs; and grandfather, James Thompson.

 

Ambrose is survived by his mother, Christie Thompson-Redd and Danny Redd; brothers, Christopher and Reggie Thompson, Kyle and Wade Redd; Big Chris - second dad; father, Paul Burroughs; brother, Jordan Payne; sister, Kadi Payne; brothers, Dawson and Eric Burroughs; sisters, Dakota and Erica Burroughs; aunt, Beth Briner and her girls; uncles, James Thompson and his children, Christopher Thompson (Heather) and their children, Tommy Barger Thompson and his children, and Jacob Thompson; the O.P.C.; many other family members and friends; and his little love, Aubree.

 

Services will be 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Methodist Temple, 2109 Lincoln Avenue, officiated by Pastor Jack Scott. 

 

Friends may visit Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m. at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue.
