Charles Dewayne Thomas, formerly of Gibson County, recently passed away at his home in Tulsa, Okla.  (22 Oct 2012)

Charles was born Aug. 11, 1937 in Gibson County to Howard and Marie (Hurst) Thomas. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Willa (Young) Thomas in 1992, parents, brothers Verne, Ralph, Robert, and sisters Dorthey and Velma.

He is survived by sons Carl (Terri) Lofton of Ft. Branch, Kevin (Sandy) Moore of Owensville, daughters Brenda (Ernie) Dominguez of Sun Lakes, Ariz., Emily (Daron) Norwalk of Evansville, Deana Chapman of Hazelton, Rhonda (Ming) Tam of Vincennes, 11 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Monday, Nov. 5th at 4 p.m. at Decker Chapel Cemetery east of Patoka. Stodghill Funeral Home, Ft. Branch, is handling arrangements.
