Jerry Glen “Little Tennessee” Smith 52, of Jackson, Tenn. formerly of Oakland City, passed away on Monday, Oct. 15, 2012 at his home.

He was born on Dec. 8, 1959 in Selmer Tenn. to Moreland and Almedia (Parker) Smith.

He was preceded in death by Parents and Brother James Herbert Smith.

Jerry is survived by his sons, Michael and Christopher Smith of Chandler, daughter Rachel Smith of Princeton, brother Kevin (Donna) Smith of Simpsonville, South Carolina, sisters Angie (Terry) Simpson of Dyersburg, Tenn., Norma Smith of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012 2 p.m.at Ashby Cemetery near Winslow.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Saturday at the Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City.
