PRINCETON—Bonnie A. Young, age 71, of Princeton, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012 at the VNA & Charlier
Hospice Center of Evansville.
She was born on April 4, 1941
in Princeton to Paul R. and Lillian M. (Logsdon) Odom, both of whom precede.
On June 6, 1958 in Gibson County she was married to Walter “Bob” Young who preceded on Sept. 23, 2004.
She was a lifelong area
resident and a homemaker as well as attended both the
1st Apostalic Church of Mt. Carmel, Ill.
and the Princeton Holiness Tabernacle.
She is survived by sons, Eugene Young of Princeton, David (JoLynn) Young of Princeton, Stanley
(Connie) Young of Rockport.
Other survivors include
brothers, Raymond (Joanie) Odom of South Carolina, Jerry (Diana) Odom of
Kokomo, Roger (Pat) Odom of Pensacola, Fla. & Mark Odom of Phoenix, Ariz., sister, Diana (Keith) Blackgrave
of Holland. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Seth, Sydni, Sawyer & Sofi Young,
Shaw, Jennifer, Michael & Steven Smith. Other grandchildren include,
Heather (Kevin) Minnis., a great grandchild, Alexa Marie
Minnis.
She was preceded in death by
her parents, husband & son, Paul Young.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012 at Doyle Funeral Home, located at 520 S. Main St. Princeton, IN, with Revs.,Paul
R. McGee and Larry Meadows officiating. Internment will take place in Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Mt. Olympus.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, Sept.
18, 2012 from 4 until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 1 p.m.
until time of service.
