Surviving are five sons,

Evansville, Tom (Joy) of Evansville; Rick (Jan) of Evansville, and Mike
(Laurie) of Evansville; 17 grandchildren, Tina Galloway, Todd Halbig, Angie Hexamer, Julie Halbig, Marc Halbig, Kent Halbig, Darren Halbig, Emily
Adams, Austin Halbig, Joy Noel McDowell, Dekajuan Halbig, Malana Halbig, Ariana Halbig, Hillary Halbig, Cory Halbig, Audrey Feagley and Ashley Payne; 15 great-grandchildren with one
on the way, nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held
at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, with
Fathers Ted Tempel and Steve Lintzenich
officiating. Burial will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church Cemetery in
