Betty Jo Yeager, 85, died at
her home in Brownsburg, Indiana on Friday, August 31, 2012.
Betty was a long time
resident of Princeton, until her health forced her to move closer to her
family in Brownsburg in 2011. She was retired and had been a telephone operator
at the former Princeton Telephone Company for 20 years and then became a
bookkeeper for Sears.
Betty leaves behind a brother, Dick Hartley of Brownsburg; sisters-in-law,
Betty (Al) Stolz of Oakland City and Shirley Hartley
of Roseville, Georgia; many nieces and nephews and extended family.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Kenneth Yeager; mother, Ethel
Hartley; sister, Shirley Weir and a brother, Gary Hartley.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m.
Wednesday,
September 5, 2012 at Walnut Hill Cemetery near Fort Branch, with Pastor Gary W. Arnold officiating.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. Burial will follow the service.
