Leona Annizene Winkleman, 90, passed away Monday June 11, 2012 at New Harmonie Healthcare.

She was born Aug. 10, 1921, in Gibson County, the daughter of George William and Clara Amy (Straw) Mobley.

She was married Nov. 30, 1941, to Edgar T. Winkleman. She was a cook for Poseyville Nursing Home for several years.

Survivors include her children, Larry (Lorelei) Winkelman of Great Falls, Mont., Jerry (Ann) Winkleman of Wadesville, Troy Winkleman of Stewartsville, Lloyd (Barbara) Winkleman of Mt. Vernon, Ill., Jane (Charles) Reynolds of Stewartsville, Jack (Melba) Winkleman of Wadesville, David (Cindy) Winkleman of Owensville; 22 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; a sister, Nadine Malone; brother, Tom Mobley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, step-son and step-daughter, three grandchildren; daughter-in-law, two brothers, five half brothers; three half sisters.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2012 at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville, Rev. Mary Hurley officiating. Burial will be in Poseyville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
