Fred A. Whittington, 90, died June 2 at Amber Manor Nursing Home (in Petersburg, Indiana.)

Survivors are a son, David; daughters, Carolyn Selby-Rush, Linda Willis, Marilyn Steelman, Joyce Stafford, Sharon Hildebrand, and Judy Coy; brother, Leon; sister, Mary Whittington; and 16 grandchildren.

Services are Wednesday at 11 a.m. EDT at Harris Funeral Home with burial at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Mt. Olympus.

Visitation on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
