Lueva “Lou” Stout, 82, Owensville, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012 at her home in Owensville.

 

She was born December 2, 1929 in Pope County, Ill., to Melvin and Ollie Morse.  

 

Lou and her husband Glen operated the Red & White Store in Princeton for several years, and then she went into alterations.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Princeton.

 

She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Naas of Owensville and Debra Crichfield of Patoka; three grandchildren, Jerica (Brian) Davis, Wendy Tuley and Leigth (Jamie) Naas; six great grandchildren, Hayden, Hunter and Hannah Tuley, Aubree and Thomas Davis and Bailey Naas; and a sister, Flo Linton of Michigan.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glen Stout in 1993; and five brothers and sisters, Monico Murphy, Ava Sloan, Luray Morse, Clifton Morse and Lacie Morse.

 

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor George Prinzing officiating. 

Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Harrisburg, Ill. 

 

Visitation will be from 4- 8 p.m. Wednesday at Colvin Funeral Home.
