Martha Jean Lillpop, 83, of Lynnville, IN passed away Thursday evening, May 31, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. 

Martha was born on Oct. 24, 1928 to Roy and Fannie White in Tywappity Bottoms, KY.

She graduated from Tell City High School in 1946.

She married James Lillpop on Nov. 14, 1948. 

Martha was a homemaker but also worked at Sears in Bedford, IN for several years and retired as a cook at Lynnville Elementary School. 

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband James Lillpop; 2 daughters, Debbie (David) Pemberton, Haubstadt and Karen (Alan) Phipps of Bedford; 2 sons, Tim Lillpop and Todd (Angie) Lillpop, both of Lynnville. Also surviving are a sister, JoAnn Head of Owensboro, KY and 8 grandchildren; Kelli Pemberton of Evansville, Jill Crowder of Indianapolis, Adam (Jill) Phipps of Zionsville, Ryan Pemberton of Newburgh, Audra (Marcus) Patrick of Lexington, KY, Amanda Phipps of French Lick, Taylor Pemberton of Haubstadt, and Levi Lillpop of Lynnville. In addition there are 10 great-grandchildren; Jalen Pemberton, Aaliyah, Jalen and Markell Crowder, Emma and Hope Phipps, Bianca and Rowan Pemberton, and Micah and Amaya Patrick. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 grandson, Eric Pemberton, 2 brothers, Leon and Verne White and 1 sister, Cleva Grayson. 

Funeral Service will be held on Monday June 4, 2012 at11:00 A.M. at the Pemberton-Bradley Funeral Home in Lynnville. Friends may call on Sunday June 3 from 3 - 8 P.M. and 1 hour prior to the service.
