Evaline Teeters, 72, of Gilbertsville, Ky., died at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at her home.

 

Evaline worked as a pharmacy tech for 27 years at DeMoss Rexall in Princeton,  and after moving to Kentucky, she worked at Moors Resort with her husband Howard.  She was a member of St. Matthews by the Lake Lutheran Church.

 

She is survived by her husband of 55 years Howard Teeters of Gilbertsville, Ky.; one daughter, Kathleen Lee Perry of Petersburg; two sons, James Dale Teeters of Evansville, and Howard Michael Teeters of Vincennes; six grandchildren, Ryan Perry, John Perry, Michael Teeters, Gregory Teeters, Megan Teeters and Troy Teeters; three sisters, Linda Ramirez of St. Louis, Mo., Barb Hemp of Springfield, Ill. and Debbie Fields of Naples, Ill.; two brothers, Tom Poff of Loveland, Colo. and John Poff of Springfield; and eight great grandchildren.

 

She was preceded in death by one sister, Patsy Payne; and one brother, Bill Poff.  Her parents were Everett Poff and Mollie Gilbert Poff

 

Funeral services were  at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory, Rev. Paul Meier officiating, with burial in the Moreland Cemetery
