Jane M. Klump,
53, Haubstadt, died at home Thursday, March 22, 2012.
She was born in Princeton Sept. 9, 1958,
daughter of Vincent and Lorene (Spindler) Stolz, both now deceased.
She worked at Old National
Bank in Evansville, and was a member of St. James Catholic Church in
Haubstadt. She was a member of the St. James Catholic Church in
Haubstadt. Jane loved live music, to go for walks, and to be outdoors. She
loved her kids and grandchildren, and loved to bake treats for her family and
friends.
She is also preceded in death
by her brother, Major Lawrence Stolz, killed in
action in Vietnam.
Surviving are her husband,
Brent Klump of Haubstadt, four children, Vanessa
(Matt) Alvarez-Biver of Freeburg, Ill., Megan,
Michael and Nicholas Alvarez, all of Haubstadt; three stepchildren,
Amy (John) Goddard and Brian (Katie) Klump of
Haubstadt and Jamie (Brian) Shelton of Chandler; two brothers, Ron (Barb)
Stolz of Haubstadt, Jim (Annie) Stolz of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a sister, Mary (Ben)
Atchison of Fort Branch; 3 grandchildren, Isaac, Josiah, and Augustin Biver, and 4 step
grandchildren, Kyndel and Hunter Klump,
Brody Shelton, and Rylynn Goddard.
A Mass of Christian burial
will be on Monday, Mar. 26, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at St. James Catholic Church in Haubstadt, IN, Fathers Kenneth Betz and Tony Ernst will be the
celebrants. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be on Sunday, Mar. 25,
2012 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on
Hwy. 168 West in Fort
Branch, IN, and again from 9:00 A.M. until service time at the church on Monday. A rosary will be recited
by the church parish at the church on Monday prior to service time. A
celebration of Jane’s life will be held at Haubstadt Park after the mass on Monday, all family and friends are
invited. The family would like to thank VNA Hospice, the OHA nurses and staff,
Dr. Mark Browning, and the many family and friends who have been there for Jane
during this hard time in her life.
