Mary Ann Williams, 86, died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012 at Transcendent Healthcare of Owensville.

She was born March 1, 1925 to Hearl and Lillie Belle (Dike) Phillips.

Surviving are two daughters, Diann Garrett of Haubstadt and Debbie Jewell of Princeton, Ky.; three grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and a great granddaughter; sister, Linda Spear and a brother, Joe Phillips; a step-daughter, Jeanette Rutherford.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Alvin Williams; her parents; sisters, Erma Lee Garrett and Betty Lou Hancock; brothers, Donnie and Marvin Wayne Phillips.

Memorial graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Maumee Cemetery. Bart Newton will officiate.
