Pansy L. Howell passed away Feb. 9, 2012 at Amber Manor Nursing Home in Petersburg at the age of 88.

She was born in Petersburg to Hiram and Ruby (Rumble) Knight on Dec. 24 1923.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Emory Charlie Howell, who died April 13, 1992.

She is survived by her son, Dewy Howell of Hamond, daughters Darlena Kiss of Petersburg, and Deanna Erdell of Oakland City and half brother Michael Knight of Oakland City.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012 at Graveside Knights Chapel Cemetery in Petersburg. Officiated by Bro. Eddie Willis.
