Jack Osias, 91, of Elberfeld, died Wednesday Dec. 14, 2011 at Good Samaritan Nursing Home.

He was born Nov. 6, 1920 in Bronx, N.Y. to William and Anna (Hirsh) Osias.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Osias, on Dec. 2, 2011 and four sisters and one brother.

Surviving are a daughter, Kay Quinlin of California; a stepdaughter, Delores Dunn of San Bernardino, Calif.; a stepson, Tom Crawford of Torrance, Calif.; sister-in-law and caregiver, Rose Bullock of Elberfeld; and a granddaughter.

Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
