Jeff Smith, 60, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2011, at his home. He was born February 22, 1951.

Jeff retired from Coca-Cola, after 37 years of service and was currently employed part time at K & K Excavating.

He was a member of the River Bend Association.

Jeff loved music, fishing, camping, and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marge Smith. 

Jeff will be greatly missed by his wife of 42 years and high school sweetheart, Nita Smith; daughter, Cindy Smith; son, Jay Smith (Tamie); granddaughters, Holli and Hayley Nally; grandson, Austin Smith; father, Raby Smith; aunts, uncles, cousins, beloved canine, Dante "THE DON"; and also by many friends and extended family members.

Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at Alexander North Chapel, with burial in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Ft. Branch, IN.

Friends may visit Monday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Tuesday, from 12-Noon until service time at the funeral home.
