Devear E. "Pete" Hall, 61, of Oakland City, died Thursday [3 Nov 2011] at his home.

He was born Jan. 27, 1950, son of Simon and Lavon "Bonnie" (Seigler) Hall.

Surviving are a daughter, Christine Hunt of Fort Branch; brothers Bill (Diane) Hall and Jesse (Ruth) Hall of Hazleton, Marshall (Rhonda) Shaeffer and Steve (Linda) Hall of Princeton; sisters Marlene Ashley and Teresa (Joe Rollins) Sartore of Oakland City, Martha (Robert Wirth) Schaffer, Ruth Greenwell, Sarah Hall and Tabitha (Jay) Martin of Princeton, Cindi (David) Miller of Owensville.

Burial is planned at Hazleton Community Cemetery at a later date.

Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel of Oakland City is in charge of arrangements.
