Larry W. Riley, 57, of Oakland City, went to be with the Lord surrounded by his loving
wife and daughters on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011 at home.
He was born on April 2, 1954 in Evansville to Joseph and Wilma (Hill) Riley.
He lived in Oakland City for the last six years coming from Princeton where he lived most of his life. He graduated from Princeton Community High
School in
1973. He was an associate at Toyota Logistics for 11 years. He
formerly worked for Ashland Oil and Farm Bureau Oil Co.
He was a member of the First United Methodist
Church of Petersburg. Larry loved duck and goose hunting, fishing and working
in his yard.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Ellen
(Wiltsie) Riley of Oakland City; two daughters, Sara
(Cody) Morgan of Petersburg, Kaila (Mark) Neal of
Oakland City; mother, Wilma Riley of Princeton;
grandchildren, Riley and Cade Morgan, Katelyn and Claire Neal; and a sister, Joetta
Campbell of Princeton.
He was preceded in death by his father,
Joe Riley.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Princeton.
Visitation will be from noon until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
