Kenneth “Ken” Jackson, 80, of St. Louis, Mo., passed away Monday, Aug. 15, 2011.

Loving father of Laura Lea Jackson and Kimberly Lynn Farbo and loving grandfather of Madison Wynne Farbo;  brother of Robert Jackson,  brother-in-law of Patricia Jackson, father-in-law of William Vear,  grandfather of Eleanor Vear, and dear friend to many.

Ken was born and raised in Fort Branch and often went back to visit. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.  He traveled abroad extensively in his younger days and had many interesting stories to tell.  Ken lived a full and happy life and he will be fondly remembered by his family and friends.

Funeral services for Ken will be at 11 a.m. Saturday Aug. 21, 2011 at Stodghill Funeral Home (812-753-4601), 500 E. Park St. in, Fort Branch. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20, 2011 from with a Masonic service by Fort Branch Masonic Lodge 696 at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
