Jean Williams, 80, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Deaconess Hospital. She was born May 31, 1931 in Owensville, IN.

She was an avid reader, loved the beach, and was proud to manage many restaurants in the tri-state area.

Jean is survived by her sisters, Carmen Xanders of Mt. Carmel, IL, and Cindy Krug of Owensville; daughters, Diana Jean Krug (Nan) of Evansville, and Michelle Swearingen-Thompson of Kissimmee, FL; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Her family greatly appreciates the staff of Bethel Manor where she was cared for. In honor of Jean's request, no services or visitation will be held.
