Leo Louis Kruse, 88, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2011 at home.

Born Oct. 10, 1922 in Gibson County, he was the son of Louis and Mayme (Graper) Kruse.

He was a longtime farmer who enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling. He was a veteran of W.W. II serving in the U.S. Army Air Corp. He lived all of his life in Gibson County.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years,, Naomi (Rosemeyer) Kruse, who he married April 22, 1944 in Princeton; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch with burial to follow. VFW Post 1147 will conduct military graveside services.

Visitation will be from noon until 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Colvin Funeral Home, Princeton.
