Margaret Woolsey, 92, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2011, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville.

Born July 19, 1918, in Bridgeport, Ill., she was the daughter of Gettus Oscar and Mable (Corn) Littell.

She was married in Pike County Dec. 24, 1936, to Kermit Woolsey. She was a homemaker and clerk in the grocery store she and her husband owned.

Survivors include sons, Darrell W. Woolsey of Bartow, Fla., Fredrick K. Woolsey of Carlisle, Ky; four grandchildren; one step-grandchild; 10 great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters; and one grandchild.

Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Curtis Funeral Home in Winslow with Pastor Larry Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Augusta Cemetery.

Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Tuesday and from 7:30 a.m. Wednesday until the service hour at the funeral home.
