Ruth E. Tribout, 85, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Royal Oaks Nursing Home.

She was born June 18, 1925 in Princeton.

Survivors include a son, David L. (Georgia Ann) Reed Sr.; daughter, Vicki S. (Glenn) Denney; sister, Susie Fulton; stepsons, Raymond (Jan) Tribout, Jerome (Jeanette) Tribout; several nieces, nephews; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Tribout; sisters, Lillian Jarrell and Edith Elliott.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. (eastern) Monday at Mattox-Ryan Funeral Home in Terre Haute with the Rev. Vince McFarland officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
