Wilma J. McGillem, 71, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.

Born Sept. 18, 1939 in Oakland City, she was the daughter of Charles and Hazel (Crowe) McGillem. 

She was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

 Survivors include her brothers, Robert Dale McGillem of Oakland City, Jim McGillem of Princeton, Denzil McGillem of Connersville; a sister, Lorene Slone of Detroit, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Katherine, Emma Lou, Marybelle; and brothers, Charles Jr. and Elwood.

 Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday April 7, 2011 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Rev. Brian Cook and the Rev. Lisa Schubert officiating. Burial will be at the Martin Cemetery in Pike County.  VFW Post 1147 will conduct military graveside services.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Colvin Funeral Home.
