Mildred F. Coomer, 82, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Deaconess Hospice Care Center in Evansville. 

She was born Dec. 29, 1928 in Crawford County, Ind.

She lived most of her life in Princeton and was a homemaker.

Mildred is survived by a son, Fred D. Coomer; a daughter, Irene F. Williams, both of Princeton; grandchildren, Tony (Tina) Maier of Evansville, Shawn Maier, Stacy Maier, Matt Maier, Rodney Coomer all of Princeton, Tina Tellin of Iowa, Pam Miller of Vincennes; great grandchildren, Tanikka, Tanisha and Tamera Wilkerson, Shane Ritchie, Nathan and Scott Maier, Brock Maier, Daniel and Leanna Coomer, James, Crystal, Jessica and Josh Miller, Jacob and Jackie Coomer; great-great grandchildren, Jesse and Gwen Miller, De’Aubrey and Jersey Hardiman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Eva Cox; her husband, Dale H. Coomer in 1984; and five sisters, Pat, Leonna, Anne, Helda and Ollie.

Graveside services will be at 2:15 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2011 at Oddfellows Cemetery in Princeton with burial to follow. 

Visitation will be from 1–2 p.m. Friday at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton.
