Ronald “Ronny” Wayne Willis, 72, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

Born Oct. 21, 1938, he was the son of Carl and Blanche (Rainey) Willis.

He was raised in Oakland City, but later moved to Louisville, Ky. He was a  U.S. Marine,

Survivors include a daughter, Deann Woods; granddaughter, Emily Osgatharp a  special friend, Jackie Salmona;  a brother, Kenneth E. Willis, Sr.; sister, Geneva Risley; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preeded in death by his parents; sisters, Dorothy, Doris, Ina, Ruthanna, and Rosemary; two nieces; and two nephews.
