Haubstadt; seven children Donna Hayden of Carmel, Dr. Randy Schmitt of
Evansville, Annette Bean of Bloomington, Karen Newmaster
of Elberfeld, Elaine Rexing
of Haubstadt, Brian Schmitt of Haubstadt, Krista Gick
of Fort Branch; two sisters, Mary Jane Tenbarge of Haubstadt,
Rosalee Scheller of Poseyville; 26 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a
daughter, Doris Schmitt; and two brothers, Frederick and Ivan Schmitt.
