Phyllis V. Riley, 83, passed away Sunday March 13, 2011 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

Born Nov. 15,1927 in Gibson County, she was the daughter of Shelby and Mary (Doerner) Mason.

She was a housewife and a member of Oakland City Full Gospel Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Riley of Somerville; sister, Alma Hunley of Loveland, Colo., Eliza Austin of Oakland City; and several nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; and by husband, Darwin Riley in 1992.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Henry Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Somerville Cemetery.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the service hour on Wednesday at the chapel.
